Do I need my hood cleaned?

Fire code N.F.P.A 96 states commercial hood systems needs to be cleaned on a regular and ongoing maintenance schedule. Cleanings are "Required" at 2000 microns. That is approximately the width of the tip of a ball point pen, or 1/12"
